YES! OrderlyQ works with existing in-house technology. It can be deployed within minutes without installing additional hardware. It requires no no-going Management and is self – configuring.

Yes, If the caller hands up and forgets to call back until a few hours later, OrderlyQ will remember their number and places them at the front of the queue to be served immediately.

In a case when caller forgets to call back after their announced wait time we do have an optional dialler that we can configure with OrderlyQ. Its intelligent and automatic and is designed in a way so it only lunches a call-back to the caller only if there are available agents and there is no inbound queue.

OrderlyQ can be either deployed on-site or in the cloud.

Free Version
OrderlyStats Server Edition can be used completely free of charge for all call centres with fewer than three agents.

Free Evaluation
When you install OrderlyStats SE, which you can download free of charge, the system will automatically install a two-week unlimited Evaluation Licence. This will allow you to use all product features regardless of the size of your call centre, for two weeks.

Purchasing OrderlyStats SE
To continue using OrderlyStats Server Edition after your Evaluation Licence has expired, you will need to buy a licence. We have two licensing models for OrderlyStats Server Edition:

  • Agent-based licensing is based on the total number of agents you have defined at your Call Centre (appearing on the Agents page in OrderlyStats Server Edition).
  • Seats-based licensing is based on the maximum number of agents you have logged in to queues at the same time (appearing on the Control Panel page in OrderlyStats Server Edition).

Not sure which licensing model is right for you?
Most customers choose the agent-based licensing, as this is easier to manage and avoids the risk of unexpectedly exceeding your licence. Seats-based licensing is usually only used by call centres that have many registered agents, only a few of whom work at the same time, such as a volunteer call centre for a charity.

How many Agents do I have?
You can find this out by counting the number of rows on the Agents page - add up the number from the Agents section and the Interfaces section.

Your business should consider buying a licence as big as the number of different agents working within the call centre. The following table shows the pricing for the various licence tiers:

All pricing is in pounds sterling (GBP), and is exclusive of VAT, which will be charged if you are a UK customer. If you are paying by PayPal from outside the UK, then any currency conversion will be handled for you automatically. There is a small transaction surcharge when paying by PayPal - this does usually work out cheaper than paying an international bank transfer fee.

We can also accept payments to our UK bank account by BACS. If you are ready to purchase any of the services, please contact us directly to arrange payment. All we need to know is the size of the licence your business needs and the master account email address with which to register the licence.

OrderlyStats SE FAQ

All licenses are for a five-year or one-year term. If you need your licence to last longer, we can assist with this.

The pricing table above is for one installation of OrderlyStats Server Edition connecting to one installation of Asterisk. For multi-server, or multi-tenanted installations of OrderlyStats, please enquire for pricing.

We can easily upgrade your licence in a way that is completely fair. You just pay the difference between the old licence and the new one pro-rated by the amount of time left on your old licence, so there are no penalty charges.

Example: If you purchased an up-to-10 agent licence 12 months ago, and you now need Up-to-20 agent licence, the amount you will need to pay is:

(Price of New Licence - Price of old Licence) * (60 - 12 months) / (60 months) = (1100 - 600) * (48 / 60) = £400

Most users are able to get up and running themselves with the all-in-one installer in just a few minutes. If you do encounter any issues when installing, or just need us to walk you through, we also offer FREE INSTALLATION SUPPORT. After you have purchased your licence, we will also respond to questions and support enquiries for free. Feature enhancement, development and in-depth call centre consultancy is also available at £150 per hour - just ask us for a quote.

OrderlyStats Managed Service

If you do not want to download OrderlyStats and run it on your own hardware, we can run it for you on ours, with our easy-to-use Managed Service.

Evaluating OrderlyStats Cloud
When you sign up for OrderlyStats Managed Service, you will automatically get a 14-day free subscription to the full-featured version of OrderlyStats Cloud.

Getting OrderlyStats Cloud Credit
Continued use of OrderlyStats Cloud is on a pay-as-you-go model, and credit will need to be purchased.

OrderlyStats Cloud is priced at £0.004 per minute of call time logged, minimum billable time one minute. There is a £25 processing fee for any payments you send us less than £150, which you can avoid by buying more credit than this.

OrderlyStats Cloud FAQ

To use OrderlyStats Cloud you must maintain a credit balance. The easiest way to add credit is by PayPal - send to business@orderlysoftware.com. There is a £25 processing fee for payments less than £150, which you can avoid by sending us more than this.

When a payment is received, we deduct any PayPal transaction fees before applying the credit to your account. We only deduct sales tax if your company has offices in the UK.

There is no monthly minimum charge. A single payment may last you many months.

You will be sent a statement of your current credit with every daily update email. Your credit balance is recalculated daily.
